"I was blessed to stumble upon an advertising leaflet with "Cathy's Cakes" contact details on it. This was about 16 months ago, long before the opening of her wonderfuly welcoming "The Little Cup Cake Cafe" in the center of Belfast and when Cathy worked from home. Cathy delighted us with a fantastic Christening cake for my first grandchild Patrick, which can be viewed on her original website, and has been baking for our family and friends ever since. Her cakes are amazing to look at and full of surprises and unique little curiosities whipped up by her vivid imagination. She's an artist! And of course the proof is in the eating and this is where she truly excels. I've never tasted anything like her cakes and muffins. Pure Heaven. Believe me, you will not find anyone else in Northern Ireland who will cater to your tastes and ideas the way Cathy does. Her variety is amazing.
